King of Cups (reversed)
Authority is the key issue this week. However, as this King is reversed, you’ll have to deal with those who seek to challenge your authority. This of course is just an outer mirror of what’s going on in your inner world. Maybe you need to examine areas of your life where you have no self-authority and apply some self-discipline.
You’re able to show others just how strong and resilient you are, especially if the going gets tough this week. Whatever presents itself as a challenge is easily dealt with and you are an inspiration to friends, family or colleagues when it comes to dealing with obstacles. Stand your ground, but do so with dignity. Resist the urge for revenge.
Trust is a key issue for you this week. The Fool card certainly doesn’t mean you are one; quite the opposite in fact. He’s urging you to take risks and to have self-belief. That it doesn’t matter, follow your heart and believe in your intuition. There are no wrong moves; it’s your reaction to unfolding events that makes the difference.
Seven of Swords
You have to deal with some sneaky behaviour this week; if you’re involved with anything legal, it might be better to settle out of court. You know you’re in the right, but that won’t stop others from trying to belittle you in some way. You get hurt when others can’t be happy for you and act in a jealous way.
Ace of Cups
This card promises that good news is on its way. A fresh start with a fresh perspective is needed, but you need to listen to your intuition and not with your head. Feelings should be acted upon and not dismissed as unimportant. If you make logical decisions you will be making them for the wrong reasons and it could backfire.
This week brings a new cycle into at least one area of your life, career, domestic setups, relationships are in a state of positive progress. Your inner world is also changing are you’re willing to be more flexible and accommodating of new ideas. Move forward with confidence and optimism; the world is your oyster so capitalise on lucky breaks.
Two of Pentacles
You’re weighing up different scenarios and are unsure which path to take. Indecision will drive you crazy if you keep yo-yoing your thoughts. Last week’s card The World was a call to action; what are you waiting for? If finances are a problem, change your thinking as you won’t attract the money flow if you feel you don’t deserve it.
Practice skills in discernment. Weigh up everything you’re being presented with; in all areas of your life. What counts most is how you react to what you’re being shown or told. You’re at a pivotal point where changes are on your horizon. A new life direction beckons and you must decide what you take with you and what you leave behind.
Eight of Swords
You feel besieged this week, as if there is no way out of a certain situation. Don’t put all your stress eggs into one basket! Not everything is bleak and if you stopped struggling with problems you would find solutions. Nor can you do it alone; seek trusted advice from professionals or friends who have your best interests at heart.
Four of Pentacles (reversed)
OK, so it’s back to the drawing board for some this week as much cherished plans don’t pan out as expected. What seemed dead certain is no longer viable. Well, think on this. Maybe this wasn’t meant to be and was a false start or dead end proposal. Get cracking with a new plan; one that will be bomb proof.
Queen of Pentacles
Sofia, the Greek goddess of wisdom has a special affinity with this card. You’re being called to handle difficult situations with wisdom, therefore you have her cosmic support and guidance, so don’t worry about speaking your mind. You’re not acting in a self-interested way and this will be recognised. Earth sign women, Taurus, Virgo and Capricorn prove helpful and informative.
Ten of Swords
Look after your health and well-being, nothing in excess otherwise you could experience a setback that literally sets back your whole week! Keep your thoughts positive as you might be experiencing a dip in energy which makes you feel more vulnerable than usual. The good news about this card is that it’s only temporary and that brighter days are ahead.
